What time is this event? How long does it usually take?

 

It's an all-day event on December 1st, it'll likely start around noon...

 

How late does it usually go though? I have some other things going on that day, so I'm trying to figure out if I can make it or not...

 

that really depends on how many cars there are and if you want to stay for the raffle. Every year our event gets bigger and bigger, no telling how many will show this year.

I would say you would have to stay until at LEAST 5 but that's just a guess

 

We are planning to roll out of Nissan of Clearwater at at least by 11:30 and having raffling at Nissan of Brandon done by 3. That is the goal. Last year went on too late. We want to be able to let everyone have a great time and get done at a decent hour so people can still have part of the day left. We have a ton of pre-registered cars already! Looks like this is going to be the best year yet! Can't wait! If you plan to get a room, you need to do it soon before the rooms fill up. We also have more and more donations coming in so there will be many cool prizes to get raffles tickets for! Lots of new vendors this year plus the ones from last year. Make sure you bring a lot of cash with you to get these raffles tickets! Last year people were driving to ATM machines.

If you have a room, last year we hung out at Quaker Steak and Lube and had a "few". Fun times. Just remember,..you need to drive in the morning. lol (I couldn't)

 

Yeah most likely going to be another fun friday night. There are plenty of things to do around there but if something isnt broke then dont fix it right!?!?!?! So unless anyone has any objections, we can go back to Quaker Steak and Lube again that night. Say around 7pm? Just in case, for those of you who don't know about Quaker Steak, here is their link

We tried to get the same hotel as we did last year which was right across the street from quaker steak and lube but it was about $30 more than the one right across from Autoway Nissan of Clearwater (NOC) and Below is a map from Quaker Steak to the hotel.
