FLORIDA section?

FLORIDA section?
I have never been to the south east section but I have always been to the Cali section, but now that Im moving from Cali to florida I noticed we dont have a Florida section or even a new york section?
There is alot of key players in the this site that are from florida and I think there should be a FLORIDA section on this site also a for sale section in the FLORIDA section as there is in the SOUTH Cali section!

please mods could you consider this?

Then maybe two sub section NoFL and SoFL. I mean cali has it
