I'm planning on taking a vacation to Panama City but because of my driving record (DUAI 2 yrs ago) I won't be able to rent a car. Does anyone know of a rental car agency that doesn't do DMV checks. 3/4's of them do except for independently owned companies. Can anyone help? Looking to go down in June/July.
