Kevins car didnt want to stay on the dyno




his car was trying to pull off in both of those pics. he also had the highest pull of the day at 330hp at the wheel

was a pretty fun day, lots of excitement. we had some hot dogs, me and kevins finace almost got shot, and we all enjoyed a healthy serving of rice

Sucks I couldn't make it. We would have had 2 SS Zs with blitz spoilers. I'd like to see what I put down on a Dyno Dynamics too. Maybe next time!

Wasn't bad, stock cars being dyno'ed FTL.

Love my black beauty, Tami was like **** it, put the car on the dyno see what it does. ***** and giggles, and then to come find out we have a wastegate leak, great... good thing we did that huh.

Yea no kidding, I have been messing with mine all day trying to figure out whats wrong with it. I found my plenum is leaking so im loosing pressure and running rich It explains my high idle and check engine light. No biggie though, im going to reseal it this week and swap to my new exhaust. Plan to throw it on there after and see what it can really make.

Once you get your waste gate fixed and the new ems on there it should make a world of difference

Yea I don't know where you were but thats why they hooked up that tube to the plenum to see how much boost he was making in between pulls. He started out with 5 when he should have been making 6 and after each pull it got lower and lower, about 3-4 in the end.

i remember him hooking up the hose to kevins. i didnt think anything of it though...

i guess i just couldnt hear the explanation.

If you need any more help w/ the car just let us know. Hopefully the boost issue is something simple like a split vacuum hose. Let me know how it turns out.
