Hey Alex just wanted to let you know I dropped the car off today to get the wheels repolished. I will take pics for you as soon as I get it back. I want these things gone quick. Time to go shopping at Forged again.

 

hey got the car back. The wheels actually came out great. I was pleased. Snapped some pics and will upload when i get home.

Well made my first pass on the dragstrip yesterday. Only got the chance to run twice since I took too long at Forged lol.
Best of 12.7@115 with 2.1 60 ft. Car of course has way more in it. I hope to get down in low 12's with a few more passes.

I bowed out of this one a while ago

It just occurred to me that this thread was started by someone who, if I recall correctly, hasn't had any work done at Forged. That is weird to me, but whatever. I should start a Ferrari thread for that F430 Scuderia I want.

 

I was up at the dragon this weekend, took a couple friends who had never been that drove a GTO and a WRX with me. they wanted to look at the tree we were sittin there gawking at the tree and I noticed a Z emblem stuck to a radiator fan held up by a lanyard. took a look and it was a Forged Performance.com lanyard lol. ya'll know anyone who mightve totalled a Forged Performance Z up there? haha

I remember seeing some out of tower get squirrly comin into one of the S sections, dropped a tire and rolled it....only Z i remember wrecking up there.

 

yeah but he has bought parts and his build will be completed at Forged when he gets back in country

 

apparently buying an entire 20k+ build all from forged doesnt qualify to be a part of the forged army, and then being deployed causing me to not be able to go there til i get back to get it tuned....

i guess that means im not in the forged army?

 

I give you HUGE respect for serving our country, that is a tough job, and you and everyone else who has ever served has my eternal respect for what you've done.

I'm not hating, its just that starting this thread seemed a wee bit premature on your part to me. Just my opinion, not a fact, so whatever.

Think of it this way...Not that I would EVER expect this to happen, but lets say you take your car to Forged and the motor blows to pieces on the dyno. You wouldn't be so happy with Forged then. I'm all about giving your shop its props, but wait till you have your car back (not to mention your 700+whp) before calling yourself part of the Forged Army.

 

Common guys...we've all been there. First 350z...first big buildup....and BPZ is out of the country.....probably a little bit bored out of his mind too...LOL!

 

Yep, I understand BPZ's reasoning for opening threads every ten mins.. And so should everyone else.........
