take it apart and spray paint it with white spray paint. Couple layers, should help it from wearing away easily.

Spray paint wont work they would peal or rub off very easily and look like crap. Not to mention one drop on the floor an bye bye white paint. They sell key fob covers in white on ebay if thats what you really want, if they break you can just throw them out instead of buying a whole new key fob:

I think those just cover the front of the fob though... if i remember correctly. I'd do it if it covered the whole thing though
