What's up everybody. I'm in Jacksonville for work. I will be here for the next couple of weeks. I'm actually staying at the Hilton in Orange Park. Does anybody know of some good places to go to hang out and grab a few beers? If anyone knows a place or has a suggestion, please let me know. Thanks.

 

You've got several places on Wells Rd. like Ale House, Hooters, Chili's, Outback, and near Argyle on Blanding there's Longhorn, Bennigans, Applebee's. BW3's and Roadhouse is down blanding away from 295 going towards Middleburg, and if you go down 17 towards 220, there's Mellow Mushroom, Mercury Moon, and other restaurants as well. Also there's Redlobster and Friday's at the Mall near the Movies. If you like Mexican, there's LaNapolera on Kindsley and also on 220, plus SanJose. You can cross the Buchman bridge and hit up some places on San Jose as well. There's plenty of places to go to, depends on how far you want to travel and what all you're into.

 

just got back from Ale House. Had a dam good steak and some beer. I was wondering where some hot spots were. Places where a lot of people go to hang out and party. By the way, thanks for your suggestions.

 

You should have gone there last night cause it was Ladies Night. There's more places to go, just thought I'd list some places near you. There's a few pool halls like Solids and Stripes on blanding near the mall at the top of the hill, and a 24hr pool hall near 17 & kingsley. If you want to go to a club, you can hit up Club Liquid/Crazyhorse down blanding going towards Middleburg past College, but before Knightbox. Then you can venture out towards the Southside and Beaches area, but you're looking at a good 30-45 drive each way if you do that.

NP, if you're desperate, you can hit up Solid Gold past 295 towards best buy down blanding on your right hand side, but they don't serve, full nude though, and can go down further, but you're venturing on the westside and that's quite sketch. You can also hit up Cheers on Wells or even Club Christophers that's in the same plaza, or at the end of wells near blanding behind the RedLobster, there's 57 Heaven but beware the name, LoL.

I'm not desperate. hehe. Don't really like places like that. I'm definately going to hit up some of these places that you mentioned to get some beers though. I'll have to see about meeting up. I'm working everyday that I'm here so......
