I learned something new about my Z a couple weeks ago at a meet from a member of my350z. So i was goin to share the information to anyone who didnt know cuz at the meet there was only one guy who knew lol. Here it is if you hold down the unlock button on your keyless entry remote for about 5-10 seconds both the driver and the passenger window will roll down by them self. Then you insert you key into the door and turn it to the right the windows will roll up by them selfs. I thought this was pretty cool and i never seen a thread that told about this so i figured i wud share.

 

If you get KPierson's mod you can roll up your windows by holding the lock button.

knew it, wont work on my car cause of the aftermarket alarm system...

 

The dealer actually showed me that the car did that. I might have to look into the roll-up module just so that i dont have to use the key..lazy..

You can also get a relatively inexpensive aftermarket alarm installed and it will both roll the windows down and up.

If I get out of my car and the windows are down......when I arm the system it senses the windows are down and rolls them up.

 

well arent you just special the robin lol oh yeah prev i was goin to go to the czc meet tonite until i got rearended leaving my drive way so that put a change in my plans.

nah its not too bad it busted my taillight dented my bumper in a couple taillights and bent up my exhaust pipe but it really isnt that bad

Did you read the owners manual?? This was covered in the manual. If you press & hold down the 3rd button for approx 3 seconds the hatch will pop open, who would have thought to read the owners manual?

yeah i dont have time to read the entire owners manuel, and prolly wudnt3rd if i did but i figured third button was for the hatch since it does have a pic on the button lol
