what if that storm comes?

 

if the storm comes every military member (95% of the panhandle Z club) won't be here.

 

If the storm hits I'm evacuating WITH our damn planes to wherever we're going. Boooooo for no evacuation pay!!! Just TDY money... I just printed out 24 cards and laminated them at work. I will begin my postfest tonight on base after work. Looks pretty damn professional I must say myself.

what are you guys being told about the storm? is t supposed to hit Fort Walton this weekend? I am concerned about my vacation now. lol. Trying to decide whether I need to cancel my condo rental or not.

 

It looks like its not going to hit us and its going to go torwards New Orleans area but we are due to have rain for most of the weekend. Its also too early to tell where its going to. Without sounding like a smarta$$, your best bet would be to check the weather channel cause believe it or not, thats what we(when i say we, i mean people that are really in charge) go by as well.

so far good wheather as of 0700 this morning sunny all weekend and chance of thunderstorms on sunday but thats everyday in the panhandle.

 

i think we'll be alright.

I've been ordered to pack a bag and be ready to head out with our planes this weekend when the order comes down to evacuate... I am going to be pretty pissed if I have to evac, I'm pretty excited for this meet... As usual I'll keep you posted on my status as if any of you give a ****...

 

Yes, Eglin does have a pretty decent class six. Not huge but has a pretty good selection.
