The nearest hotel that I found was 3 miles away..... When I talk to the sales director there, I will see what I can work out about a shuttle to Tropicana Field.... I am sure if we are going to be getting a few rooms, I dont see why they wouldnt help us with that... If not there are cabs.... They shouldnt be that expensive..... The other reason I like this hotel was the fact that they have kitchens.... I figure we could save money if we werent always going out to eat..... See... I am always thinking ahead.... :

 

I am so down for that!!! About the amount of rooms that we're going to need??? Well that all depends on how many people end up going and also if they're bringing any friends, etc...

Lets see if tonight I'll make a new thread on the forums to know how many people so far that are going and also that plans on going. Like that within the next couple of weeks the latest we can figure out how many rooms to get. We need to book the rooms I say within the next two weeks the latest. We can't leave booking up the rooms for the last week or so...It would be too late...

It's good Amy that you always think ahead...About the shuttle and cabs, screw it. Between the amount of people that are going plus friends, we can all pitch in and rent a big sized 15 passenger van...I know for a fact that no more than 15 people are going..I just have that gut feeling...So lets say we split the costs to rent a van, and have someone (a friend of someone that's going, to drive it up to Tampa) I dunno...That's just my opinion...

Or we'll just rent a UHAUL truck and shove everyone in the back. I'll drive so I can drift the crap out of it and have everyone in the back slam into each other and against the walls, LMAO!!!

Agreed... We will need to start booking everything before the end of the month...

So guys if you are really interested in going, please let us ASAP... This isnt going to be like HIN Miami where you can decide the day of whether you are going or not.... We need to have rooms booked and we need to also reg our cars ASAP... Because this is our only HIN show this year.... The place is going to be packed.....
