guarantee your co-worker is either using quikpwn for windows or pwnagetools on a mac...there's no secret to it. All it is downloading the software you want. They can show you the fancy stuff like tethering from the phone to your labtop and stuff like that but what's the point of having it if most people don't know how to use it. Also unless he's a developer all he/she is doing is downloading software for cydia or installed like everyone else.
