Yeah Noble Gold and Top Secret Gold are a similar match...And I know that you can buy the actual Top Secret Gold paint from Top Secret. This is what they say in their website about their paint...

Top Secret Paint - Though we get many requests for the "color code" for our trademark Top Secret Gold paint, no such code exists nor is it available from any paint or body shop. Our paint is our own custom color and blend made from only the finest materials. The paint is available through us for $465 per quart, pending the approval of the vehicle it is to be used on.

"Pending the approval of the vehicle it is to be used on?" Damn strict mother ****ers, huh...
