I've had my MSP since 2003 right out the showroom back in North Carolina - it only came with 165hp from factory and a smaller GT25 turbo. I've since then fully built the motor, tranny, upgraded the turbo, got an engine management full stand alone, etc. Horsepower.... the greatest addiction known to tuners.... who needs crack when you have boost? lol
And mods... the list is about a mile long. I have more go than show. The car is an absolute money pit. But there's only a handful of fully modded ones like mine in the U.S. So that in itself is good enough for me. Its not the fastest by any means, but its nice enough to leave a grin on my face and a warm feeling in the neather regions when you drive it.

I wish my car was close to 165hp, the P5 from the factory is rated for somewhere around 130, the with the loss of power through the drivetrain I'll be luck to have 105hp....sad, the wagons should have come boosted

Exactly... point in case....
at the end of the show at PBIR, the winners were asked to race down the track. I think that maybe out of the cars shown on the flyer, only about 3 of us were actually ready to race. I got lined up with the white Evo. And either he didn't know how to track or he had more "show than go" because I had him by 2 car lengths easily. The blue Mercedes went down the track at about 20 mph. It was fully fiberglassed and had more buttons on it than a remote control. lol

i think we're on the same page when it comes to our 100whp
at least we're getting like 36 city mpg 
just look at it this way chris
our cars are made to be marathon runners with our mpg rather than sprint runners. our race is to see who will get the farthest with a tank of gas lololol

That's why they made the Mazdaspeed 3's and the 6's are NICE too. Miguel had a white 2002 boosted P5 in 2003. Unfortunetly, he didn't build the motor though and couldn't pass emissions in North Carolina where we were living. So he sold it. But it was a NICE first modded car for him. Notice the FMIC.
