Hello everyone. The Hangover last night was great, but the one this morning had me hurting. We had a fun time last night at Flanagans with Milton and Amy. The Patrone shots just kept on coming, but it was well worth it.

I'm doing good. Up in Boston now, weather is nice. Looked like you guys had alot of fun. Can't wait to get back down there and come out in the Z!! Maybe my HFCs will have arrived by then lol

I'm not leaving perm, staying in South Florida. I'm up here basically till sometime in September. But will be back every once in awhile.

I called some home owners this afternoon and made appointments for next week to check out their houses. Mostly Chinese home owners.
