Well, Miguel is trying to get packed up this week as he'll be moving within the next two up here to the apartment while we look for a house.

Football season is fast approaching and I'm getting a jersey shipped to me:


Huge Dol-fan and hopefully we'll get to attend some more games this year. I can't wait for the season to start! I'm as excited as a virgin on prom night! lol

 

^^^ Go Fins! I was just at the training facility this morning with a friend watching them practice. That rookie WR from USC is one big SOB. All the wideouts looked good. Pat White not so much, but Pennington and Henne were on the money.

Well, hearing that Matt Roth may have hurt his groin instead of just being "ill" wasn't very good news. But I'm glad they're working on their nickel and dime drills and coverages. Camarillo is looking good (no big surprise there.. I love that guy). And the quarterbacks look good. So things are looking promising this year. We went to training camp last year and the year before. Every time we go we leave with good feelings about the coming season. This one is going to be GREAT!

I have to get my son registered at a new school this year. I hate doing that. It's always a fiasco.

If the weather is nice tomorrow; I will send out a group text for anyone who is down for a starbucks meet. I spoke with Antione today and he said he would like to come out. Since he hasn't been able to hang out much lately I thought it would be cool to hook up for awhile. He also has a buddy that just got back from the Middle East who just picked up a nice San Marino blue Z. The funny thing is I didn't know they were friends and his dad lives 2 doors down from me. I saw the car in his drive way this morning and it was nice.

Not cool! Hey, at least I was born when Tampa became a franchise And you know, I don't seem to recall them making the playoffs last year. So naner naner again.

Now I'm sad. No tailgate parties with you because you dissed my childhood heroes and I don't wanna have to argue all our stats or record breaking over the last few decades over a hot dog while sitting on the Tundra. *le sigh*

And yes, the next Fins Vs Bucs pre-season game is August 27th - on a Thursday in Tampa. During the regular season they play them on Sunday, Nov. 15 in Miami (which we will win). So no need to go to THAT one. lol
