The Florida G Club has had a couple of very successful dual-city drive-away meets (Lakeland and Gainesville) in the last few months, so it seems like a good time to have a local meet at Quaker Steak & Lube. The next FGC Tampa/StPete/Clearwater mini meet will be on Saturday, September 27th at 4pm, at the Clearwater Quaker Steak & Lube.

We'll meet at Quaker Steak & Lube's South end of the parking lot (as usual) around 4:00pm and go inside the restaurant to eat at 5:00pm. That will give us time for everyone to get there and shoot the breeze a bit before we go inside to eat.



For those of you that have never been to Quaker Steak and Lube, it's a great place to meet because they have loads of parking space, good food, and they don't mind if you stand around outside and talk about cars. Here's a Mapquest Link to Quaker Steak and Lube.

Sorry to say that I will not have my G35 back by tomorrow. I'll be driving my Honda Fit. It's a nice car that gets good gas mileage... red of course... no mods yet, but thinking about Nav. Please don't run over me... it's a bit hard to see.

 

I will definitely have to make the next one. I have to work this weekend need to meet some deadlines.
