Default Beware of buyer eliran moyal!

About month and half ago I sold a carbon fiber lip cover to him for $100 shipped. The lip was in good condition prior to me shipping it out via post office. When he received it he email and told me that there was a crack in it. It must have been damaged thru shipping from post office which was not my fault. Being a good seller I refund him $20 on paypal and he accepted. After couple weeks I got dispute for a charge back by his credit card company. Paypal couldn't do anything for me and I got charge back for the payment he sent me. So not only did I not get paid I don't even have the lip cover either! He totally scam me out of the front lip and didn't pay nothing for it! I know he made up the story about lip being cracked! I forgot his SN on here but don't anybody sell or buy from him every again! Below is his paypal email address:

Paypal is the safe form of payment. I didn't even know buyer can tell their credit card company to reserve charge. The worst part is that paypal didn't do anything for me.

yes. you and anyone can call the credit card and retract payment and say that the charge was false, that you did not get the goods and any other lie you wish to tell them...
like i said: nothing like good old CASH transaction...

and by the way, most likely he already changed his email and created a new paypal / ebay account. plenty of scams out there....

Paypal works sometimes, but sometimes it's a joke.

Personally, I would contact the credit card company and dispute it with them stating it was not cracked, you refunded him $20, and he kept the product.
