JULY PALMETTO Z MEET!! This months meet will be on July 16th!! Saturday @ 6:00PM.... Same Place,, Big Lots on HWY #1... Then an actual Cruise this time to take pictures at Lake Murray on Dreher Island...(like we used to do a couple of years ago). And then make a quick run down the Interstate ending at Fuddruckers for a few drinks and some food..... (NEXT MONTHS MEET ((AUGUST)) ,,WILL BE IN THE CHARLESTON AREA,,, JUST A HEADS UP!!) I Hope to see a good turn out to this one as well.....

If you have Paid your club dues and have not gotten your decal PLEASE!!!! Send me (not me, Jim) a msg on what color you would like for your car! They are just the right size for your side window on your Z!! (Big enough to read,, yet Small enough not to look like a RICE RIDE)

Also Please send me a msg with what SHIRT SIZE you NEED (again, not me, Jim)!!! If you want an additional shirt the price will be $12.00 just let me know,, as I am in the works now to get our shirts done!!! Also let me know if you want a White Shirt with the Club logo,,, or a Black shirt with it.... Sorry for only 2 options,, but next year we will do better :-).....

ALSO DO NOT FORGET TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM FOR ZNATIONALS IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!

I hope to make it for my first meeting - can I just pay my dues there? I will be at CMP in Kershaw, SC that day (SCCA Solo & Clemson SCC Karting) and can swing by the meet on my way back to Spartanburg.

 

Kershaw? How would I go about racing on that track??? haha

But yes, you can pay your dues at the meet.

Just pay membership to the SCCA, make sure you & your car will pass tech, and pay to do a solo event - voila. Registration is still open.

I'm trying to decide between doing the Solo event too or just the Clemson Kart racing event. I really need new front tires on the Z, so I may just be a spectator for the AutoX this time. If you're interested in going down to Kershaw and then back to Columbia for this Palmetto meet & cruise, let me know and we can have a mini-caravan.

 

I really wish I could make it but I believe I'm gonna be busy earlier that day. :/
