I'm just seeing if there might be some interest in having a track meet sometime in mid january. I'll round up the maxima guys, ravaz and NC crew should come on out to the track. I'd like to run a Sc'ed Z

 

I'll come out for sure. We can run, but I won't be running a SC I think

 

So that leads me to believe you will have a turbo setup by then ..If thats the case I can't wait to see it

 

Ah, we'll see. Still working out some details here and there, but it might still be with the SC, thank god for sponsorship. Either way, I'm coming!

That would be nice. I stayed close in touch with his car when it was at the shop and saw a lot of the install and final product. All I can say is im ready to retire the maxima and start another project thats not wrong wheel drive...

When do you guys want to go, like on a Sunday afternoon?

 

I'm leaning towards the 2nd Sunday in January.

 

That'll be fine. You get your times on the bottle in your max on streets or DR's? I got to get a set of DR's soon.

 

Actually I was on 22" slicks. It was at rockingham and my 60' wasn't any better than it was on motor. 2.04 60' is crap for a spray run. It will get better. I should be good for at least a 12.6 with a good launch.

Your going to beat my *** if I run the SC (looks like it now), me on my 19's and you on slicks with more torque then me, your gona win I better get atleast DR's if I want a chance haha. You know how the rock is, we'll have more fun over at Fayetteville, much better track and 60's for sure. You contact the Maxima guys? I'm going to talk to the Raleigh guys, see if they want to hit it up.

 

I'm game on a Saturday but can't do a Sunday trip. I'd love to meet up with you guys anytime even if it's not at the track.

BTW, I'm a track newbie so I'd love to learn some pointers from you guys.

Well I will be there but now without my car. It got backed into Tuesday night and will be in the body shop the time of the meet....this sucks!!!
