Default Possibly moving

I have an 03 Z with basic bolt ons, Including test pipes. I am also planning a forced induction build. Where I currently live we have no state inspections or testing . The car is not my daily. So I only drive the car a few times a month. The places I am considering moving are east TN, NC, and central Florida. Some of my concerns with TN and NC are getting the car to pass inspection or emissions testing or if there is away around it. Just seeing if anyone knows or has any idea?

thanks

Not all counties in NC require emissions and OBD. Here are the counties that require it: https://www.ncdot.gov/dmv/vehicle/re.../counties.html

I think if you live in an unnamed county, they only do a visual safety inspection.
