Well what i just got a call about is my friends bday party is in tampa this weekend so i might make it or i might not.. just depends

EVEN OLDER THAN THE Z32(HENCE THE LACK OF RESPECT AND IS KNOWN AS THE "FORGOTTEN GEN"). I GET THE LACK OF RESPECT BY TONS OF PPL. SOME WHO OWN A 350Z AND DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A Z31 IS. ITS JUST THAT "IM BETTER THAN YOU ATTITUDE" THAT TOTALY KEEPS ME AWAY. IM A PERSON ALL ABOUT RESPECT I GIVE IT AND ASK FOR IT IN RETURN. I'VE TERRORIZED THE STREETS OF ORLANDO IN MY Z FOR 6 STRAIGHT YEARS NOW. WITH TONS OF RESPECT FROM THE STREET. THE MINUTE I PULL INTO A 350Z MEET IM LOOKED AT AS THE OUTKAST. THE POS OF THE GROUP. Y? BECAUSE I STILL HAVE ORIGINAL PAINT WHICH IS NOW FADED WHICH SEEMS TO OFFSET MY 18 INCH WHEELS AND THE 600HP UNDER THE HOOD.NO BLING ON THE OUTSIDE.(REMEBER GUYS ALL BLING AND NO ZING MAKES JOHNNY A RICER!)

ITS THE SAME AS JUDGING A BOOK BY ITS COVER. i'D LOVE TO HANG OUT WITH SOME Z OWNERS. SPECIALLY SOME COOL ONES THAT ARE INTO MODDING. EVERYTHING IVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH IN THE ORLANDO AREA HAS BEEN A BUNCH OF OLD TRYIN TO RESTORE THERE 240.(WHICH IS AWSOME BUT NOT MY LEVEL) BUT MY POINT TO THIS POST IS ITS HARD TO GET OTHERS INVOVLED WHEN THERE SEEMS TO BE A TIGHT GROUP OF GUYS THAT CAN'T SEEM TO OPEN THERE ARMS TO ANY AND ALL TYPES. mUST I HAVE A 5000 DOLLAR PAINT JOB AND NEONS TO BE ACCEPTED? I THINK NOT. ITS A Z WETHER THE BUMPER IS FALLING OFF OR NOT IT SHOULD BE ACCEPTED. I ALSO BELIEVE SOMEONE FROM THE OZOC(I COULD BE WRONG) THAT I CRUISED DOWN TO LAKE WORTH INVITED ME TO COME DOWN TO PUBLIX. I WILL SHOW. AND SEE HOW THE ACTIONS ARE OF THOSE WHO WALK THE LOT.

MOST OF THESE ATTITUDES COME FROM PPL WHO JUST JUMPED INTO THE Z COMMUNITY, MOST OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN A Z ENTHUSIAST FOR SOME TIME NOW HAVE ALL THE RESPECT IN THE WORLD.

IM JUST RAMBLING WITH MY ENCOUNTERS AND EXPERIENCE OF OTHERS. SORRY IF ITS TOO LONG AND SRRY BOUT THE CAPS. IM ON MY WORK COMPUTER.

First we are not in our own world as one of the team members said there is ON I in team. We have hanged out with Z32 and Z31 in the past. There is ON rule saying that you need to have a $5,000.00 paint job or 600hp under your hood. All you need to have is a positive attitude for the OZOC team. We have not disrespected you in any form or way for me I don’t even know you and I am one of 5 the founders of the OZOC. If you want to talk about the lack of respect is from the posting you put up. I would like to invite you to one of our meets just for you to see how cool the guys are and as for the bling bling we all work hard for it, it was not handed over to us. If you wish to come you must leave attitude at home. By the way I do remember you by your license plate.

 

Personally I can vouch for some of what Mike is saying, and no i am not calling OZOC out because as you can see, me and my friends have always shown up to your meets and always been giving you guys support and like coming out to your meets.

I see it a lot from other owners especially on the road. I drive by someone with an older Z no matter 240, 260, 280, and even 300's (both gens) They either flash, honk, give the thumbs up acknowledge you for you car it's what we enthusiasts do. I also do it in return even to 350's but SOME of those guys you get no response from them they mainly zest of like you are trying to race them or they are trying to show they have something better than you, which of course is their opinion.

Yes that is true would have to admit to that. As for the reason why not too sure. LOL one thing is for sure I am still learning about the Z33 and even the older gens. I have some knowledge but not quite near as much as I do with the older gens. So I am usually quiet when the 350 guys speak and just listen and learn, after all I feel you learn a lot more through listening to other people's experiences. I rarely drive the 350 we own. I love my Z32 more sorry guys. I always loved it since it debuted in late 89. So it's kind of like a dream for me to finally afford to own one.

Whoa, this is getting a little outta hand. One suggestion, when we have the meets on Sat. everyone park together. That way everyone can get to know one another. Then you can decide if there's any d*ck's in our particular group. I'm not saying there's not any out there but I haven't found any in our group yet. I had only met 1 of these guys before our first meet. Now I consider all of them my friends.

I can speak for myself and a few other OZOC members when I say I have the up most respect for the older Z's - i'm not going to front though Z32 TT and the convertible is my favorite- those are still hot-

Hello Orlando Z'ers!

I recently picked up some new parts for my Z and was looking for a shop in orlando/Daytona beach area that could install them for me. I have the following:

Kinetix Hi flow Cats
Kinetix v4 Plenum
JWT Popcharger
UR Underdrive pulley

Brian does your shop also do installation work? Or can anyone else recommend a shop in the area that could install this for me?
