Winghouse does not work for me. It's a whole lot easier (and safer) for me to take the Greenway to 528 right to the OCCC. After my latest incident.....I'm taking it reeeeeal slooooow....and am trying to minimize and "incident". I'll explain later. Maybe we can all meet up someplace closer to the center?

Anyone have extra OZOC window decals!!???

 

I don't have one; once I get off 528 I'm basically right at the ctr. Maybe a restaurant parking lot close by - just not sure.

I believe Hector and Roger picked up the decals so we should have plenty.

 

How about where the flippers pizza is? you get off near the back of the convention center and muvico right?

 

Why not meet up at the sonics fast food place on I-drive, so we then could come out and take universal BLVD straight up to the OCCS.

If you get off on the I-drive exit off of I-4( the only left hand exit ) and take a left on I-drive it will be on the left, going towards Bells factory outlets.

Ron we can meet you at the OCCS if you want, I don't know that area real well to sugest a meeting spot

 

I think that works best if we meet you all at OCCC parking lot. Now let's figure out a definite time and pray it does not rain.

 

I plan on going to the occc right from work. I am only three miles away and I also hope that it doesnt rain.. So what time we going to be there ?

 

I agree to meet at OCCC my car is sICKly low and rather not take the risk of bottoming out if I don't have to, does any one know the forecast for tomorrow?

I can't wait to see it bro. The forecast is not good but I say if it's clear anytme between 1 and 3 pm - I'm going while the gettin' is good. My a$$ is tired from cleaning and fixing and ready to just enjoy and hang now.

I'm with you on the fixing and cleaning this is more work than it is fun!

 

Two things:

In the past we have had top go to a seperate parking lot and WAIT in line to complete the registration process then we could drive to the OCCC and enter the building..

Second: WHAT TIME ARE WE MEETING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Lou dont tell me to check our WEB sight... : ) I have to leave work, go pick up Mini Me from Day care (someone needs to clean my car for me) and then meet up.. Please let me know..

On behalf of Hot Import Nights, we would like to welcome you to HIN Olrando!


The content below contains crucial information regarding your roll-in and set-up.

Check-In/Load-In will be begin at 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Friday July 7th, 2006. Look for signs that will direct you to the staging area. While in line you will be classified. After classification you will be given a modification sheet, two wristbands (event passes), and regulations for the event. The classification sheet will be used by the judges when they mark their score sheets as well as spot your vehicle in the show. Your classification sheet must be clearly displayed on the driver-side window at all times during move-in and show hours.

NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN!!! SHOW IS EXPECTED TO CLOSE UP FAST SO PLEASE SHOW UP EARLY!!! RAIN OR SHINE!

Competitors MUST check in at Canadian Lot to receive Competitor package prior to entering into the venue. Please see attachment for directions to Canadian lot.

Regulations
· Placement will be given on a first come first serve basis. What this means is that you should get to the venue early. If a member of your crew arrives late, does not caravan with you, and is not in line with you at the time of roll-in, they may not be placed with you (NO EXCEPTIONS).

· The vehicle must be clean and free of body damage. Project cars and prototypes must be in a completed state.

· NO support vehicles are allowed inside the venue, you must walk/carry your equipment inside the venue.

· When you check-in you will be given two wristbands, one for yourself and one for whoever is going to bring you back the next day.

· FUEL REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT is between 1/4 tank to empty. You will not be allowed inside the venue if you have more then 1/4 tank of gas.

· Cars will be REQUIRED to disconnect batteries once parked on the show floor. The show will not start until all batteries have been disconnected.

· Tear-Down – Once all spectators have exited the building, roll-out can commence.
