update, dissconnecting the battery to reset the ecu did not work. I dont know what the problem is, looks like I am going to nissan tomorrow. DAMN, i cant afford this unecessary spending, why cant it be my ac that is stuck on and not my damn heater, it is like the sahara in my car!

 

There has to be a wire that has come loose or disconnected under the shift panel. Unless you blew the fuse to the ac / ac controls. I would also check all your fuses..

 

i checked the ac fuses, i am going to go and check them agian just to make sure I check them all. But i didnt notice any fused blown. I dont know where there could be a wire, i see where the white connector attaches to a 1" wire tape that is connected to what looks like the control harnes for the air conditioner. Do you think that i might of shorted something out?

 

If the white rectangular plug on the backside of the controls is not plugged in/loose it will go full blast and you can't control it. Check it

checked every fuse except the air bag, dont want an accidental deployment due to a short. no fuses were blown. i am going to check the connections again to see if i missed anything. i feel like the movie ghost in the machine, damn car!

 

no dice, dissconnected everything, went in and disconnected the controls, and the brain that runs everything from the wiring harness, either the controls went out or the brain that runs everything, which ever is more expensive is going to be the one that is for sure.

 

talked to nissan they want to charge me $90 just to look at the damn car to tell me what the problem is. What a bunch of damn crooks! Then they want to charge me for the part afterward. I said I would just rather buy the part put it in and if that is not the problem that i would give it back. They said they dont take used parts. I said it would not be used what the hell is he talking about. He said once it is connected that it is used. I said it would be connected for less than 30 seconds, i would know instantly if that fixed the problem. That you would never know it was even installed. He said dont tell my service manager that.

That was the problem, the white tape that is attached to the plug, it came loose from the main control box, it was not seated properly in the main harnes that is on the box. I realigned it and WALA!!!! were good! TADA!!! THANK GOD!!!!!!!!! NO MORE SAHARA! Thanks!

What's up gang!!!! I missed you all ..... However I haven't been able to do much about that.... you see I got married 8/11/06 friday.... a spurrr of the moment thing I guess , no guest no witnesses just my lady my self a pen and a paper. I went on a mini honey moon/ B-day vacation down in Key West for the weekend... and well thats been my story. I plan on having a big ceremony sometime this time next year and I will asking you all to be my part of my ceremony . So before I get slammed with all the Jokes no she is not pregnant, I'm not dying, I'm not joining the military, and her dad din't hold a gun to my head !
I just feel I owed it to her... LOL any way so I just got one favor to ask, please be gentle when telling my lady admireres the news...
