Anyone planning to enter the Silver State Classic? I was thinking of entering in the Grand Touring catagory, but requires 5 point belts. Not sure I want to install them since I would only need them on the rare occasion I enter similar events. Could enter the touring catagory with OEM belts, but max speed is 124mph (grand touring is 140). Here is the link to the site for those interested:

Any experience with 5 point installations that can be removed or coexist with OEM belt?

 

I've wanted to do this since Car and Driver did a story on it. Looks like it would be a blast.

 

My son and I were always going to do this; I feel like you re the 5-point belts, however.
