I graduated from UNLV. So here its what you need:

A bill with a nevada (Reno or Vegas) address on it. and another form of picture id. Most of the casinos have picture id's and those work. Yes it is possible to have 2 dl's. But you cant let Cal or Nevada know. When you go and get your dl in Nevada, just tell them that you lost your license and they will charge you $10.

So if you're FI and have a Nevada plate and get pulled over here in Cali, what will happen? Will they impound your car?
