Licens fees in Arizona
What are you paying for new plates? I'm looking at buying out of state in Montana where you don't pay sales tax. . . spose I'd have to license there too . . .

As a Libertarian, I thoroughly respect your desire to keep the skeletal hand of government out of your pocket. That being said, Arizona uses vehicle registration fees to offset other lower fees in other areas, such as property taxes, which can be devastating in other states. Moreover, they come down pretty hard if you get caught.
