I'll meet everyone in the garage below Rock Bottom @ 7pm. I assume most will be driving their Z's so I will look for a group parked together, maybe we should try and stay on the first level of the garage to make it easier to find the group.

Bofa.........If you are walking down from your hotel, just go through the doors just after the patio (and right next to) on the front of Rock Bottom and into Prudential Plaza/ Independence Plaza building. Just follow the lobby hallway over to the elevators to the parking garage, (warning, there are like 3 elevators that go there) take any of them. Take it to P1 I think and that should be the first level of the garage. I am hoping that way we can find everyone. I should be there around 7 or just after as I need to leave work, drive home, switch cars and head back downtown again. I might cut it close.

Meeting in the garage works for me. Two things worth mentioning:

1. Please note Rock Bottom is NOT in the Republic Plaza building. Rock Bottom is on 16 and Curtis according to the map, a few blocks north/west. My map says "Independence Plaza". The Republic Plaza is on 16 and Tremount, directly across the street from Adams Mark.

2. If you guys happen to see two people walking aimlessly in the garage, one could be Bofa, the other would be me. Sorry to disappoint you Mudd, I don't drive to work. But me and my baby will be at Red&Jerry's for the "Test" with Bamyi on Saturday. It's really not much to see per se, it's as stock as it can be.

Sorry............It's Independence Plaza, you are right, my mistake..........I guess I was thinking Republic Plaza cause thats where all the poon is during the lunch hour and that had me confused. It is right at 16th & Curtis and you can't miss it.
Actually it got it's name "Rock Bottom" from being in that building on the first floor.

Yup, took me about an hour and 45 minutes to get home last night. It was good seeing everyone. Looking forward to getting a cruise in on Saturday.

 

Thanks for meeting up guys. I had a good time and it was good to meet some fellow Z enthusiasts in person. We'll have to do it again. I'm going to look into picking up a used 03 in Denver. The wife will love that idea...

 

man, i wish i had seen this earlier--i work only 2 blocks from there (Denver Place, South Tower). I even had the Z with me at work yesterday (though I probably wouldn't have driven it 2 blocks from one garage to another)

 

No worries. I'll be in town Mon-Thur every week so we'll meet up some time again.
