Hey Robert, I think I'll be able to make it. I've never gone out with a big group for an organized cruise, it sounds like a lot of fun! My name is Matt and I drive a 350. I may have a passenger but I'm not too sure at this point, if so it'll be my buddy Nick. How long do you think we'll be on the road?

 

Welcome Matt! The drive from Fountain to Bishop's Castle is around 2hrs. From there you can join us for dinner at Famous Daves in North Springs off of I-25 or head home. The drive from Bishop's Castle to Famous Dave is around 1hr 20min. The time table I'm thinking is this:

Fountain Meet Time: 12:00pm
Depart: 12:30pm
All times below are approximations:
Arrive Bishop's Castle: 2:30pm
Depart Bishop's Castle 3:15pm
Arrive Famous Dave's: 4:45pm
Depart Famous Dave's: 6:45pm
Total Milage: Around 180 miles. *Not including trip to/from home trip.

Arrgh...will have to miss this drive as well as AGAIN it is falling on the last "official" day of the fiscal quarter (what are the odds!). Same thing happened back in June. Oh well, you guys have fun. Robert, I hope to see you before you go back. If not, enjoy your time with the Z and take care!

 

Call in sick! LOL Or tell them a good friend that is serving overseas is only home for the weekend and you want to see him. If they say no, ask if the support the troops or not. LOL J/K!!!!

I am not for sure going yet. Trying to decide if I should go play poker all day or go down to the drive. I will decide by weekend.

 

I know the Mazda drivers are. I don't know what Andrew and the rest of the NorCo Z drivers are doing.

Perhaps I am going to take a rain check. Right now is Friday 12:52am and I am trying to get all this water out of my house. My 1st floor flooded and all the water went to my basement (kitchen sink pipe broke)F............K. I am going thru hell right now. Is going to take alot of freaking $$$$ to replace wood floor, carpet, walls, matting and some tiles from the wall. CRAZY, CRAZY, CRAZY.
