I would say sean and mudd have great drag racing skills. Mudd always handed me my losses on Friday night ET series races. Now, my car can't even make it down the track! damn!

Depending on what tires you're running, you will have to find the sweet spot on launching. Plus you cant just dump and go specially on street tires, you have to ride the clutch out to avoid as much wheel spin as you can. Also shifting at redline isnt always good, you will have to see what your hp curve looks like and when you're hitting your peak at, if its 200rpms before redline, then shift at that. Once I figured out my launch I was able to drop from a 12.4 to a 11.8 on street radials, I know I could have gotten a 11.4-11.5 out of it, if my tire overall diamter wasnt so small and brought my 60' down to a 1.6 instead of a 1.8-1.9. With a little bit taller sticky tire I could get more out of my gears instead of finishing the track in 5th gear. I went up there one night to see what it would do on all season tires. I was able to click a 12.6 just roasting tires in 1st and 2nd but that was also figuring out my launch too since i started out with low 13s. We will be at the track alot this season for sure, if you ever need any help let me know. We will be up there for my wife so she can get her practice in before nopi. Will see if she can keep 650whp in a straight line haha

yes sir, the MTs i ran were 17s that were almost low profile too. The all seasons were 18s tho. I know what exact slicks size to use which will be perfect for drag racing in forced induction 350z. N/A I'd use a drag radial like a BFG.
