Default Alignment in Phoenix area

I got my tires replaced a bit back and have noticed a pretty severe whine in the right rear since. To me it sounds like a bad alignment. Anyone have a shop, preferably in The Glendale area, that is good for an alignment? I could go to a Big O or some chain but everything I've read points to the car not driving properly if you just line it up and zero everything out. Any recommendations?

Network alignment is very good with lowered vehicles and has multiple locations in the valley including the west side, their locations in the East valley are also very familiar with aftermarket suspension components and how to adjust properly.

They arent the cheapest but they do take good care with the vehicles we have brought over numerous times.

Otherwise I suggest A&E Automotive in Mesa AZ, ask for Mario tell em Intense sent you their way and they'll help you out on getting your vehicle aligned properly as well, very familiar with aftermarket equipped vehicles also.
