There's a fine looking Ultra Yellow, NISMO tuned, always parked in front of Albertson's/wells fargo in OCEANSIDE. Anybody know who's that is?

Been seeing a SB Z with IGNS Half kit and Volk Te-37 wheels»blacked out tail lights, exhaust etc...Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Sante Fe areas. Anyone here?
