Exchange peace sign with 03-05 black Z coupe on the 5 N/B yesterday around 3 pm. It looks stock outside, but I can see there are 2 subs hanging in the back of the trunk.

It's pretty rare to get a peace sign from stock looking Z these days.

saw a SS Z with black rims last night in Vista at the Vista Village/N. Santa Fe intersection. I was in my girls black Fusion. I was gonna take a picture but you probably wouldve seen me and that wouldve been awkward...

lol...I know that guy. He's on our softball league team.

It was originally Silverstone then he had the car repainted "matte". People always thinks it's "primer" but he's cool with it.

Wheels are SSR MS1's 18", but he had the lips repainted black.

SIGHTING last night @ Crab Hut: G35 coupe with BBS LM's and full kit. Had the "Highend" and "SDGz" sticker on the upper left corner of the windshield.

I think its G envy! I saw the same car a few days ago in poway and he ignored me too. I guess he thinks he's special. who the hell paints their car a primer color just so everyone thinks its still primered

Yup, spotted a couple posts up. The guy works at MedImpact...cool dude.

I ain't going to lie, I tend to ignore the G37's unless modded or I get waved at. No offense, it's just the general pool of owners tend to be less car enthusiasts than the previous G35c/ 350z crowd.

Yeah I've noticed the same thing, haven't really seen any 37's around that make me think anyone who cares is driving the car . But 35s/350s I'm always rubber necking trying to see what they are sportin' and whos driving

I gotta agree on that one too. but that seems to be for any car. I don't pay too much attention to other cars either unless i see some sort of modding (even something as simple as just being lowered)

I actually had a couple beers with him after our game last night. He's pretty down to earth and reserved. He had some paint mishap with the original color so he went with the matte. It's a tad lighter than normal so it looks primered.

He probably ignored you because he senses that you think he has "G Envy".

Yeah, I don't even pay attention too Stock Z's anymore. I remember back in 2003-2004 all the G's and Z's waved to each other. It was a small group... especially the enthusiasts that knew the two cars shared the same components.
