Not that part.........the signing up part. Everytime a 818er signs up for anything some flake out will happen.

Thats my theory on it anyway.......If Virg signs up for anything I give it 25% chance he will be there. Right Virg? lol

any future meets in 818 after this one?

I don't know if the forum works like this or not but was wondering if they have a list of those signed up in the 818 so when something is going down it sends a notification to all of the 818 people in the list?

maybe I'm speaking too futuristically, I watched minority Report last night...

No meets are set up for the 818 past stillen at the moment.

 

seriously i read up on forums its really never happened because i dont post whats the best exhaust... intake etc. but that **** is so annoying i honestly think they are post ******.

jeff when we doin the thursday meets? when you guys were doing them i wasnt 21 which reminds me my birthday is on june 6th and im gonna have little little party type thing at some restaurant with beer most likely bj's anyone wanna come out? LMK

 

I miss those meets man. Since ive taken this new position at work im working close to 60 hours a week. I live for my weekends now. Id be down to have some drinks on your bday for sure.

I hate post ******! They are on every forum. This thread is nearly 3000 posts, they should just reset it or restart it from scratch with just info on meets and all that since it's called "818 weekly" should just be about weekly meets or local 818 meets.

Sometimes I see those who post for no apparent reason and it's pretty lame.

But sorry for jumpin all over this area I'm just a newby and hoping for some local meets around here. Not a big fan of driving over an hour for a meet at all, would be nice to have something closeby like a canyon cruise or weekly meet that takes maybe 15 minutes tops to get too.

well we things different sometimes a canyon cruise up topanga to pch then grab something to eat up there ( dont know "name" of that canyon even though i think its called topanga?

I live in Canoga Park actually at the corner of De Soto and Vanowen, my wife works by you though at the Borders cafe at the Northridge mall.

Yeah the street you're prolly thinking about is Topanga Canyon, I went on an MR2 cruise up Topanga over the hill and down to Malibu and PCH and then back through the mountain at Kanaan and back down the 101S

Yeah any "local" valley meets let me know!
