That's ok Iris, I fixed your post! :P

Man, I'm so pissed that I wasn't in the group pic!!! I had a sore throat the whole day, so I went to get a cup of water and everyone was pretty much gone when I got back. So weak!

Not sure if you followed mastakillaZ. He caught up to me on the 101S but I didn't notice anyone behind us.

Hehe, I knew I would forget somebody. Sorry. I even edited my post twice b/c I kept on forgetting people. Sorry everybody I forgot... I forgot Jeff too (one of the "leaders" with the g/f Chris), and then Jen and Paul. I think that drive home cooked my brain. I was so sleepy....

I saw those mussels you ordered btw. They really loaded you up! I was like, Damn, I should've gotten those.

Hi Iris!

Anyway, yeah the mussels were pretty good! I thought I was ordering the "special" white wine cream sauce mussels, $19, but they sent me the "house mussels" which were probably even better, and only $13! Woot!

IM trying to think of how we could do it next time to where peeps dont get separated. The traffic lights are what screwed the formation up. Maybe just set destinations on the way, so if anyone is left behind, they just meet up at the spot. Also those walkie talkie things were sweet, im deff bringing one to the next cruise.

I think the only solution is to have directional maps for everyone. There is no way we can keep a big group like that together. I'm surprised people didn't get pissed off when we stopped traffic to try to wait for others.

Wow - what a turnout! Thanks to HFM and SHO for shepherding us.

I snapped some images, but they're really no different from what's already been posted. I did capture a 32-second "drive-by" mpeg which is pretty cool. Nice audio of the variety of exhaust notes, and even a compressor discharge from the TT G35. Not sure how/where to post it, however.

Looking forward to the next one. Perhaps those Z folks not running at Buttonwillow on July 16 can make a run up to the track for a photo shoot. There is lots of room at the track for a group photo, and there are some very fun roads between LA and Buttonwillow, starting near Frazier Park.

el guy, my bad. I told everyone on the FRS that I was heading home. guess you didn't have a walkie talkie. sorry to get you lost, I did see you get off a couple of exits later and turn around.

it was really good seeing everyone again too. had a good time. hope to do it again soon.
