haha....I doubt we will get that many out there due to the location, but yes, it is a pretty good sized street.

Nahh, it's Temecula. Temecula is actually pretty nice, but it's no OC. My guess is that for something that size and it looks like about a 5-6K sq ft lot. My guess is about $500K give or take $50K,

BTW, why are people so reluctant to say what they paid for something? LOL, god damn Opera will tell you how she was molested, but she'll scream at you if you ask her how much she makes?? LOL, I don't get it.

looks like its in a great neighborhood too! congrats!

i especially like how the incline to your driveway is gradual.(from pics anyway)
...thats the 1st thing i look for, hehe.

Congrats on the house Brian! Are you going to be commuting all the way to Torrance?? I cant even imagine how long that would take at rush hour time

No, Im actually going to be commuting to Santa Ana for the time being, but I might open up a satellite office for the area in the future. Thanks for the offer Scott, Ill definately keep it in mind.

hahaha....its funny you should say that...I was actually testing that as I was looking at houses...If I couldnt get up the driveway without scraping then **** it!
