The Costco is just a block or two from Qualcomm on Friar's Rd. You might miss it though if you aren't payign attention. I'd suggest meeting up at the Mission Valley mall. Big paking lot, won't be nearly as crowded, and has easy access from I-8. Expect Costco's lot to be packed, especially on a weekend with a big event at the stadium.
