Okay, lets not get into who paid what I am trying to convince myself that people just put in the normal 10-15% tip instead of the gratuity 20% to cause the shortage

Well, here's an idea. How about if everyone who shows up at the meet bring $1 per person. I think many of the Z owners can fork up a Mr Washington in a month.

Then we can just get separate tables of 5-6 peeps or so when we eat at Red Robin... that way we don't get one huge bill for the group that includes gratuity.

thats why i havent gone to any of the hooters meets. Because all the ones ive gone on ive had to chip in more then twice my share just because some people feel they dont need to. its not the paying extra that I mind. I just hate not being able to smack people around. I dont know how bad it was this time, but we were a hundred dollars short at the first one and I just couldnt believe that, GRR.

I was in that area (Newport) at that time, and saw a white Z with an exhaust get mutilated by an SL65. Was that anybody from the meet?

Funny, you say 'who cares' and yet you get all defensive and pissy. You automatically assumed that I said this in a bad light, which means you take things too seriously. I just thought is was a funny incident you dont see every day and while browsing through the local meets I thought maybe it was someone from this one. Even though I dont post it doesnt mean I dont come here regularly to see whats going on, as I have been to few of your meets.
