Funny that someone started up this thread. I was just going to post about UCLA Z's. I've only seen one non-modded SB with 18" OEMs. I'd be so down for meets, but I don't have my car here. I'm a first year student, and they totally denied my parking permit request. Staying in Sunset Village... So I'm as close to UCLA as it gets, but Z-less.

 

BWAAHAHAH ... The chemical engineering department guarantees parking for grad students (lucky!! )

Your best bet to get parking is working a small # of hours at UCLA parking services. I used to work there, and it is a really REALLY chill job. If you work there, you are guaranteed a parking space. The best thing is, you can pretty much do homework or read on the job.

Also, they are 99% likely to hire you if you apply, they almost never turn any students down.

Whoa can't believe i missed this thread. I'm a third year and I have a parking pass...(3rd straight year in Sunset Village). I'm the black Z on black 20's...Holler at me during the week guys, I have to get one of center caps fixed on monday though in North Hollywood...

also, i got a f&#*n front plate ticket last night while my car was parked on the street damn parking enforcement... id park in my building's garage but my space is in the lower garage and the incline to get down there is wayyyy too steep and my car gets scraped to hell tryin to get an upper garage space

It doesn't really matter if SC is 1 or 2 in the BCS, because on December 3, we are going to re-introduce them to the new and much improved DrewsX2! Un-Fing-believabel game Saturday! I live in LB now (lived on Bundy and Wilshire when I attended UCLA), but am planning to roll to Pauley Friday night to watch the 1rst exhibition game! That's why UCLA is so great, we got the academics of course, but we kick a$$ at pretty much EVERYTHING else as well! SC gots Film school and Football (For now)! Yup I always park in lot 32 if I'm eating dinner in westwood.

Can't park there until after 4:30pm M-F or on weekends, though

 

Village is a kool spot to hang out. But I just don't know a good place to park my Z at since I'm not a student there.
