There comes a point when tuning your car you have to make the decision whether or not to take the car to the next step, the next level of tuning, and ultimately decide whether this car will ever be driven on the street again. Some ride this fine line, where their car is still streetable. Some have no reason, or wanting to drive their car on the street.
