has anyone been to the club "Don't Tell Mama" on Olympic and Crenshaw??? used to be Voodoo... they named it after some popular club in Korea. my friend's uncle owns it and it's supposed to be doing well. although, when I was in japan and korea I never heard of that club. heard of julianna's, boss, jj mahoney's, pharoah's, etc... but no "mama" clubs.

either way, anyone one wanna do a k-town drinking session at the pointe some night??? i'd say bobo's or velvet room but then we probably couldn't hear each other talk very well.

 

Yes. K-Town for sure. I haven't been there in months. Now that would be a great meet! Is Intercrew still around? I'd love to fill that parking lot with Z's!

Also, for those of you that have been there recently, is that billboard still up on the corner of Western and Wilshire? The one where they covered the entire side of the building?

I think "Don't tell Mama" is a oldies club... Older than Karnak. I don't know everyone's age group, but my friends and I (25 years old) wouldn't go there.

Pointe sounds good for sometime in the future. Got too many meets happening at once!

Quinn Emanuel... that's a great firm... they offered my friend a $10k bonus (on top of the $2500 /week) just to take a summer associate position there when their office was just starting... the idiot turned them down.
