Default Gardena Nissan Sucks

Dropped my car off to get it looked at because the Service Engine light was on. When I called to get an update they informed me that they couldn't diagnose the problem, under warranty, because of the grounding kit that I had on. They would have to charge me if they were to check things out.

What a bunch of morons! Needless to say, I won't be taking my business there anymore.

Yeah those grounding kits have been linked to numerous blown engines!

You can always go to your neighborhood Autozone and borrow their OBD2 reader/scanner. All you gotta do is plug it to your car, turn the key, turn the unit to read.... and presto, diagnosis complete! It'll tell you what the code is and allow you to clear it when you're done.

Took it in to Santa Monica Nissan and they fixed it for me. Had to replace the throttle body. They didn't mention anything about having an issue with the grounding kit.

Kudos to the guys at Santa Monica Nissan!
