Not trying to burst your bubble, but I wouldn't buy a cell phone or virtually anything that I couldn't get at COSTCO. For those who don't know, anything you buy at Costco is returnable in any condition. It's not something I made up, its their policy. You can bring the phone in pieces and they will credit you 100% of what you paid for. Lets just say I get a new cell phone every 6 months. And it doesn't cost me a dime, as a matter a fact you actually make money because you get rebates.

Example

PHONE PRICE $300.00

Rebates -$100.00

Return phone in 6 Months Get $300.00 Back

Buy New Phone $300.00 (use existing equity)

Rebate -$100.00

You just made $200.00

The only drawback is their selection in phones are not that great. But after dropping phones and breaking them all the time and paying $300.00+ for a phone. Costco is sure an excellent choice never pay for a phone again.

if I am not mistaking, I think costco had change some of their policy. I company I use to work for use to buy computer from them. and do that thing and just bring it back every 6 month or so and get updated ones, but they wouldnt do it for them anymore.

Maybe it was the person they were dealing with. I had that same problem with one of my phones, their was this newbie chick and when she asked me why I was returning the phone, I told her I didn't want it anymore, she said she couldn't return it because it was "used" and wasn't defective. I ask her to bring her supervisor or person in charge. A man comes up to me and I explain the situation, he told the girl that they return everything, the reason being is that we have a membership so that is why they have such an amazing return policy. If you go to the cell phone section, the employees actually encourage you to do so. It's great like I said because you never have to buy another cell phone again. It's only the initial investment that you get hit but realistically that money is stored there for equity because when you return your phone you get full credit. I have like $300.00 of credit from my last phone, I'ts almost 6 months now

Tell your friend to go to the Costco in La Habra, it just opened about 1 year ago or less. I go there so much since I reffer people to buy cell phones I already know the manager in charge of the cell phone kiosk. Speak with OMAR and tell him Armando sent you, he will give you a better discount on your service and give you FREE stuff like extra TXT minutes, or FREE VCAST internet stuff, things regular dealers never give you.
