That was a nice meet, me and the other RX8 guys got there a little late but was able to check out some tight *** Z's. Didn't get a chance to talk to everyone but met Preston and some other guys (bad with names as well) Other than the coppers showing up it was a nice turn out. Hope to see you guys at the next meet.

 

So here's what happened from my POV..


the caravan was leading out to the parking structure and me, Brian, Albert, Jeff, and Marty (?) were talking in the walmart parking lot waiting to see if we still wanted to go. so the line of cars goes itno the structure and from walmart, you can see the HID headlites rotate around the spirals and the exhaust resonating through the structure.. well. i guess there was an undercover cop near by, since he was sitting next to the entrance and as soon as i saw the black and white, i stopped and turned a quick left away from the structure.. Jeff got stopped prior to entering the parking lot, and Brian and Albert followed me for a little bit and we turned off to see if we were being followed...

haha. i'm like. great. a ticket. we waited a few minutes then decided to high tail it out of there...


it was nice meeting the RX8 guys (Brian, will's Friend) and John (Panda) S2000 friends.. that yellow is a sick transformer!! ^_^

 

Yah last night was a burn but it was nice meeting you and finally seeing your crazy *** Z!

 

I'm just happy they didn't start giving tickets out to you guys cuz they pretty much had you trapped.

Good meet. A few of us stayed, ate and chilled time midnight. Only 5 hours of sleep last night but well worth it.

 

Thanks Jeff, Cheston and Brian for your input on our roll bar & saftey discussion. I called up Autopower and will make an appt with Speed Alliance in SD for a quote and final q's.
