I'm heading out to Irwindale this Thursday.

It will be my first time since hitting the wall in January and the first time with the new setup.
I'm only going to run on DR's instead of slicks so that I won't be kicked off for running under 7.5 since I don't have a roll bar yet.

Lots of unknowns...
new mods: racelogic traction control, Water/Methanol Injection, Tein Flex suspension, gt spec lateral support bar -1.5 camber setting and about 490 whp tune....which is 50 more ponnies than what I had before when I ran 7.7's

Would be cool to see some more Z's out there as well

I have a meeting till 3 in thousand oaks, traffic allowing I should be there around 5

 

I'm going either next thurs or the thurs after that. More than likely next thurs though.

I'm about 90% sure I'm goin on th 11th....slight chance it maybe be the thursday after that though.
My friends camaro SS will be coming and a modded SRT-4.....hopefully a CTS-V and a modded RX-7 too.

 

we had lots of fun.
first time back at the track in 3 months. Man I am out of practise.
Best run was 7.9
I need to relearn to drive with all the new mods.
Racelogic worked amazing and the gts spec bar and tein's kept me very straight however I do need to get softer springs in the rear.

I had a great time also. its fun to go to the track. I also didnt run my fastest times and I went to stage 3 since the last time I was there. need to practice my launch. I will be there next thursday also.
