1979, Produced 11/78, with the 130mph speedometer and the b-piller chrome, sans power steering, sans power doors, sans power windows, sans right side power mirrors (why is only the left powered?) and sans rear windshield wiper. She runs with the best of them today, and smokes any import FF without a problem. I love my Z

Can't wait till pops (dad) gets his G35 Coupe next year. :]

P.S. How's the turbo on your 280ZX?

Uhhh, I only wish my 280ZX was turbo. It is really stock, but in great shape. I bought it from an elderly lady who kept it garaged and barely drove it. It had 26,000 miles when I bought it in 1995. Now it has 76,000.

Nice. My first car was a 1979 280Z. I loved that car and wish I had never sold it. I had 210,000 miles on it when I let it go and it had never given me a problem.
