I need a person that knows how to program HTML to build a rough but functional demo/prototype site with NO graphical elements. The pages just need to link up and will not be tied to any sort of database. None of the features or buttons will work either. This demo site is just for INTERNAL purposes and will be completely reprogrammed by an experienced programmer. It is just a site for the design, marketing, and engineering teams to play around with to see what pages are missing and how we should lay things out. It's simply to make sure that everyone's on the same page before we start building the final version.

The project is farily easy from what I hear but very time consuming since we need over 100 pages done within a month.
