Default Looking for programmer

I own a company as my outside / partime job, http://www.svios.com/
We have one dedicated backend programmer currently, but I'm looking to add one more freelance/project based programmer to our team. He/she will need to be able to work on their own on a deadline basis, so time management is crucial. If you are a web designer specializing in flash/scripts/3d animations, feel free to contact me as well

If any of you are interested or know anyone that is, feel free to PM me for my email addy so you can send resume and I'll contact you asap. This is more of a casual job for someone that wishes to earn an extra $1k-$4k per month working in the evenings.

Below are the responsibilites and requirements. They are glorified so don't feel discouraged if you don't meet all the followings. But I'm certainly looking for personality as well. I do not wish to work with a grudge and neither does my team members. If you feel you have the experience, feel free to contact me.
