Yo Ed, sorry I didn't get to you last night. You called during the movie so I didn't pick up. When I got out at 10:30-ish.. I noticed a few Z'ers still hanging around i.e. Jen and Jon.

Postal Annex is an awesome bar/club. I'll roll next time.

 

I thought that was u Alert. Was dark and couldn't see inside your Z. We were just shootin the sh*t for awhile and then left around 10.

Man keep seeing newer faces and less of the older crowd anymore. Thanks Ed for setting this up.

 

Ya, as the sole female Z representative (doesn't say much does it). I was more than happy to see old faces, really old faces like Adam, and new ones. Just wish I knew who the hell everyone was. This shyness crap at meets has to stop!!!

Thanx to Bob for letting me bust his *****. Surely they get busted every day anyway....that's why he left early.

I agree that the shyness needs to stop (I'm probably the most guilty). BTW my GF's mother stopped by with her 350zr but she's shy too so I don't think anyone noticed.

I have to agree I set this up with the intention of everyone staying to dine together and then we can either split up or stay and drink some suds. We had a private patio area setup for the 30 or so that signed up. It seemed like the old Z crowd was the ones who stayed together and everyone else went somewhere else.... . Either way I had a good time and of course it was fun being in the presence of Jen and her post stories and jokes. I also got to meet SizongZ since we never did meet back in the days.

I think meets lack organization from what I observe when I attend them. People especially those that organize them do not take any initiative at all and let people walk around like a bunch of headless chickens and people out of boredom or lack of knowing what is going on end up leaving.

I actually went out to D n B last night around 10 or so wondering if I would run in to a few of you, but no luck. Pierce Street Annex is a pretty cool place, but lately it has become "divorce alley"

I hated sitting and eating, looking at faces, and having no clue who the hell everyone was/is. Pretty sure not hard to know who I was...

Anyway, next meet I'm either wearing a stupid HELLO sticker with my name on it, or I'll find some way of meeting, and saying hello to everyone.
