Exclamation Need some help

I will be moving back to San Diego in Nov.

I need help finding a new place to live. Something close to the Naval Medical Center maybe off the 94 or the 8 would be good.

I am looking for a apt/townhome in a nice, clean, safe area

I need washer/dryer hook up, central A/C and of course a Garage. Something around $1400.00 maybe

If any one knows of a few good places let me know.

TIA

why dont you just buy a place and get on a pay option arm...at least ur investing in something...i am not too familar with the market there but here in San Jose (bay area) you can get a brand new 2bed room 2 bath for about 300k
all you need is about 10% down (equivilant to 30k) and your payments on your mortgage would be about 900 or so

well with the housing market decreasing in the area, that would not be a wise choice to buy now.
