Did you know that any citizen can carry an UNloaded handgun without a CCW AS LONG as it's holstered to their hip. They are allowed to carry 2 loaded magazines cap'd to 10 rounds on the opposite hip of the unloaded firearm AS LONG as these are in plain sight. Meaning not conceiled? Sorry i'm just asking for your input as an LEO because as much as i'd like to exercise my constitutional rights, i don't want LEO's freaking out on me and shooting me. lol

so..just curious if you were aware of this, and how would you react if you saw this?
